Job ID: 1478787 Role: TLM Developer Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite) Contract Duration: 6–12 Months Rate: £375 per day (Inside IR35) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced TLM Developer to join a dynamic technology team, delivering enterprise reconciliation solutions within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, and production support of SmartStream TLM solutions while working in an Agile and DevOps environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and maintain SmartStream TLM reconciliation solutions. - Deliver end-to-end reconciliation implementations across multiple financial systems. - Provide production support on a rotational basis as part of the DevOps operating model. - Customize TLM workflows, user interfaces, database structures, and Smart Schemas. - Build and deploy CT packages across Development, UAT, and Production environments. - Perform component testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. - Configure TLM Control to support platform upgrades and enhancements. - Develop reconciliation solutions for Trade & Position, Cash, Cash Balance, and Stock Position reconciliations. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Managers, and global technology teams. - Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM Premium (Version 30+). Strong expertise in: - TLM Premium, TLM Control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM Smart Studio, TLM WebConnect, TLM CT Tool, TLM Smart Schema - Experience with reconciliation platforms such as Duco and Intellimatch. - Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience. - Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows production environments. - Good understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Previous experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. Preferred Skills - Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation. - Knowledge of Python and Django for automation and file processing. - Experience building automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
